For example:
• For general or unskilled positions, candidates must have at least a basic school certificate and clean documentation. Jobs such as carpenters, factory workers, or warehouse assistants usually require only proof of education and work experience.
• For skilled or regulated professions such as nurses or healthcare staff, candidates must provide full diplomas, professional certificates, and language proof according to European standards (for example, B1 for entry level and B2 for employment in Germany).
• For technical and IT jobs, a recognized degree or portfolio of experience is required, while language level may be flexible depending on the employer.
• Basic language knowledge (A1) is strongly recommended for all candidates, at least to handle everyday communication.

Germany generally requires a B1–B2 level in German; Poland, Portugal, and other EU countries often accept English communication for initial employment, especially in logistics, hospitality, and IT. Our team is continuously trained in European mobility regulations, EURES standards , and national work visa processes to ensure that every applicant receives correct and up-to-date guidance. We work closely with licensed European partners, agencies, and training institutions to verify every document and prepare applicants for successful integration in Europe

What qualifications or certifications do your team members hold in Immigration Law or Visa Consulting?

Global Visa Agency Our consultants are trained to assist applicants based on the official immigration and employment requirements of each European country. We do not act as immigration lawyers, but as professional advisors and coordinators who understand how to prepare documents, manage applications, and guide candidates through the legal process for work and residence permits. The qualifications and documentation required always depend on the type of job and the country of destination.

All information provided on this website is created with great care.

What is the average processing time for the visa applications you handle?

The processing time for visa applications varies depending on several factors — such as the country of origin, the type of job, and the availability of appointments at the embassy. In general, applications from the United Arab Emirates region are processed faster than those started directly from the applicant’s home country, because local coordination and document verification can happen more quickly. The exact timeline also depends on how soon the applicant can secure an embassy appointment. Based on our experience, the average processing time is usually between 3 and 6 months, provided that all required documents are complete and the employer has already issued a job offer.
For example:

•   General or unskilled jobs (like warehouse workers, butchers, or bartenders) often take 3 to 6 months from application to visa approval.

•    Skilled jobs or healthcare positions, such as nurses, may take 6 months to 1 year, as candidates first need to complete language training (usually German B1 for entry and B2 for employment) and obtain document verification before the visa can be issued.

Processing times can also vary by nationality. Some countries have faster embassy scheduling systems, while others face longer waiting periods. For example, applicants from the Philippines often obtain visa appointments more quickly, while applicants from countries with higher embassy demand or additional verification steps (such as Pakistan) may experience longer waiting times. It is important to understand that visa approval and processing are handled by the embassies and government authorities, not by Global Visa Agency. Our role is to make sure that every applicant’s documents are complete, submitted correctly, and that the process is tracked and supported from start to finish.

In short, for most applicants, the visa process takes about 3-6 months, but depending on the job type, nationality, and embassy capacity, it can take up to 9–12 months.

What languages does your team speak to serve clients from different Middle East countries?

At Global Visa Agency, all communication and documentation are handled in English. We work with applicants from many countries across the Middle East and Asia, but to ensure accuracy and legal compliance, every part of the visa and employment process is conducted in English only. Applicants are expected to understand and communicate in English at a basic level, as this is the minimum language requirement for working in Europe

For some destinations, additional language skills are required — for example, Germany requires B1 or B2 level in German, while in other European countries, English is usually accepted for most general jobs. Our contracts, job offers, and training materials are all in English to keep the process clear and consistent for everyone.

We encourage every applicant to improve their English or the specific language required by the destination country before traveling, as this increases their chance of successful placement and integration. In short, Global Visa Agency operates entirely in English, and every applicant should be able to understand and communicate in English, as English is the primary working language in Europe.

Which specific hospitals and companies in Europe are you directly partnered with for job placements?

Global Visa Agency and Medicom Agency cooperate with a wide network of employers and organizations across Europe, especially in Germany, Poland, Austria, and others  EU countries. Our partnerships include a mix of public and private healthcare institutions, logistics and production companies, and service industries.

In the healthcare sector, we work with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and home-care providers that regularly hire international staff such as nurses, assistants, and healthcare workers.

These include both municipal (public) and private medical facilities across Germany and other European countries. In addition to healthcare, we also place workers in logistics, production, and industrial sectors, cooperating with companies like Amazon, DHL, UPS, and several European warehouse and manufacturing facilities. We also receive ongoing requests from food production, hospitality, and automotive-related industries that require positions such as butchers, drivers, warehouse staff, cleaners, and kitchen assistants.

While we do not have exclusive long-term contracts with every company, we are officially registered and visible on European job platforms and government employment networks such as EURES. This visibility allows us to connect quickly with verified employers and respond to their current workforce needs.

In total, Europe currently faces a demand of more than 4.5 million open jobs across different sectors — and through our network, Global Visa Agency and Medicom Agency actively support filling these positions responsibly and efficiently.

How long does it usually take for candidates to arrive and start working in Europe?

The time from the first application   actual job placement in Europe depends on how quickly the candidate completes all requirements, secures an embassy appointment, and receives the visa.

Based on our experience, the average process takes between three months and one year, depending on the job type and the applicant’s preparation. For example, we have successfully placed nurses in Germany within four to five months when they already had their German language certificate (B1/B2) and the employer had an open position ready. In other cases, such as logistics workers or factory employees, the process can be even faster — sometimes as short as three months — when the documentation is complete and the embassy provides a quick appointment.

For more complex or regulated professions, the timeline can extend up to eight to twelve months, especially when the candidate still needs to complete language training or diploma verification. Each case is different, but Global Visa Agency and Medicom Agency always aim to keep the process as efficient as possible through close coordination with employers, embassies, and government authorities.

In summary, candidates who are fully prepared and have their documents ready can start working in Europe within 3 to 6 months, while others may take up to one year, depending on individual conditions.

How many clients have you successfully helped obtain a European visa and job placement to date?

Over the past 25 years, Global Visa Agency and its European partner Medicom Agency have successfully assisted more than 3,700 candidates in obtaining legal employment and residence in Europe.

On average, the team has helped around 100 to 150 applicants per year, depending on global conditions, embassy capacity, and employer demand. In some years — especially during active recruitment phases for healthcare and logistics — the number has been even higher. These placements include a wide range of professions: nurses, caregivers, logistics and warehouse workers, drivers, hospitality staff, and technical specialists.

Each case is individually supported from the first application to the final arrival and integration in Europe. In total, more than 3,700 successful visa and job placements have been completed over the last 25 years, representing thousands of lives positively changed and hundreds of employers supported across Europe. that’s it for now, so you have the info to write the blogs, but if you need something, just tell me.

Have a great evening.
